Jeff Wise, Au.D., CCC-A
Doctor of Audiology, Owner
Dr. Jeff Wise is the founder and owner of Wise Hearing Care. An Indiana native, Jeff earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude at Indiana University—Bloomington (go Hoosiers!). He then earned his doctorate from the number-one ranked audiology program at the Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Jeff was drawn to the field of audiology by his love of music. Being a musician (five-string banjo, guitar, and piano) he understands the importance of good hearing, and the importance of protecting one’s hearing from damage. He founded Wise Hearing Care because he saw an unmet need to bring quality hearing care to patients who have difficulty traveling to appointments, and to those who just prefer the convenience of concierge, in-home care.
He and his wife (whom he met in their first week as undergraduates) moved to Evanston in 2022 after hiking the Camino de Santiago, a 500-mile walk across Northern Spain. She is a resident physician at Evanston Hospital. They are so happy to call this great community home and look forward to raising their future family here.
